Text message notifications from Reef Tectonics: what we send, and how to stop.

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text message ("SMS") program operated by Reef Tectonics ("Reef Tectonics," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Reef Tectonics sends operational and transactional text messages tied to aquarium service. Depending on who you are, that means:
This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional text messages.
You opt in by providing your mobile number to Reef Tectonics and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, when you give us a contact number for service notifications through the customer portal or to our office staff, or, for team members, when you provide a mobile number for dispatch notifications as part of joining the team. Only numbers that have consented receive messages.
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Customers typically receive a message when a visit is scheduled or a request is updated. Team members receive a message when work is assigned to them, which may be several times a week.
Message and data rates may apply. Reef Tectonics does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below to be removed.
Team members who opt out of dispatch texts will continue to receive work assignments by email and through the employee system, so no work is missed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above.
